2012-2013 Academic Calendar

Spring Semester 2013

January 7-23 Eligible students may charge books at ICC Bookstore
January 14 Spring semester begins
January 18 Last day to drop/add classes; aid based on total credits at 4:30 p.m.
January 29 Spring financial aid applied to student accounts
January 30 Excess aid available via direct deposit
Early February ICC Scholarship application available online
February 12 FAFSA filing deadline for spring MN State Grant eligibility
March 8 Deadline for submission of ICC Scholarship application
April 2 All federal aid earned for students attending class as verified through instructors through this day (first day beyond 60% point of semester)
May 1 Priority deadline for 2013-2014 ICC financial aid processing
May 16 Spring semester ends; last day to apply for Spring semester loan

Fall Semester 2013

August 19-September 4 Eligible students may charge books at ICC Bookstore
August 26 Fall semester begins
August 30 Last day to add/drop classes; aid based on total credits at 4:30 p.m.
September 10 Fall financial aid applied to student accounts
September 11 Excess aid available via direct deposit
September 24 FAFSA filing deadline for fall MN State Grant eligibility
November 5 All federal aid earned for students attending class as verified by instructors through this day (first day beyond 60% point of semester)
December 20 Fall semester ends; last day to apply for Fall semester loan
