Since 2002 Itasca Community College has committed to the expansion of the Engineering Learning Community with the construction of 2 buildings. First in 2002, the Engineering Center – Wenger Hall was constructed, a multi-level living and learning building that allows Engineering students 24 hour a day access to classrooms, computers and study space. Following in 2005 Itasca Hall was built in response to the need for additional living space, these modern residence halls allow students to immerse themselves in our campus community and begin to call it home.
The Department of Residential Living strives to provide a place for students to live and learn outside of the classroom. With planned community activities, peer-supervising Resident Assistants and a live-in Director of Residential Living, the Residence Halls at Itasca Community College provide a dynamic experience the residents won’t soon forget.
Housing a total of 112 residents, Itasca Community College supports the on campus residents with; extended building hours, on-campus security, a dining center, community collaboration and much more.
