How to Look Up your eServices Login Details

This page will help you figure out how to log into eServices. In order to log into eServices, you need to know your TechID number and your eServices PIN number. Don't fret if you do not know the PIN number, as it is actually quite easy to have eServices send it to your ICC email account.
Step 1. Make sure you have activated your ICC Network Account. Click here to activate your account. You will be asked to create a password for your account. Please remember this password. (If you forget your password, just return to the the account activation page and reset it.)
Step 2. Verify that you can log into NetMail. You will log in with the username and password from Step 1. Your email address is your username@netmail.itascacc.edu.

Step 3. Go to Student Intranet page and click the eServices link. When you get to eServices, click the "Lookup PIN/Password" link on the left hand menu.

Step 4. Enter your TechID in the in the box where it asks for your ICC Tech ID or Username. Then click the "Get Password" button.
Step 5. Next you will be prompted for your email address. Please use your ICC email address. Remember, it is your username@netmail.itascacc.edu. Click the "Process" button and you should get a confirmation message that says your PIN number has been sent to your email address.
Step 6. Now you can log into your Netmail account, and you will have a message from eServices with the requested information. Return to eServices and log in with your TechID and PIN number.
