Web Access to Email
The College uses Microsoft Exchange to provide email, calendaring, tasks and address books to its users. On campus, users take advantage of the Outlook client to use the Exchange features. When away from campus, all of the features are still available using the Outlook Web App service, AKA "OWA".
You need to sign in with your StarID to access the Outlook Web App. If you don't have a StarID, and have not activated it on the campus network, you will need to come to campus to do so.

If you have a "smartphone" or other mobile device, you may be able to get Outlook content on the device. Your phone will need to meet these specifications:
Here is what you need to get ActiveSync running on your SmartPhone:
NOTE: you may get a warning to the effect that you must agree to allow the Exchange Administrator to have permission to Wipe your phone back to Factory Default state. This is for your security in the event that you lose your phone or if it gets stolen. You will then have the ability to reset your phone so no-one can get data from it.
