Housing for Next Year (2012-2013)

**IMPORTANT: Print the 2012-2013 Housing & Meal Plan Application/Contract

The 2012-2013 prority timeline for housing is as follows:

  • Returning Residents - Priority until January 20, 2012
  • Current ICC Engineering Students - Non-Residents - Priority until January 27, 2012
  • New Engineering Students - Priority until May 31, 2012
  • New Non-Engineering Students - As Available

To successfully apply to the Department of Residential Living you will need to complete the following:

  1. Apply to Itasca Community College
  2. Complete the 2 pages of the current 2012-2013 Housing & Meal Plan Application/Contract
  3. Complete a current FAFSA or if not completing a FAFSA, submit the most current federal tax return of parent/guardian and student with the Housing / Meal Plan Contract. (Note: FAFSA may be completed after submitting housing application).
  4. Register for 12 or more semester credits
  5. Review the current Department of Residential Living Housing Handbook

Once placed in on-campus housing residents will recieve a welcome packet with specific move-in instructions and information to help guide them in the transtion.

The 2012 housing timeline is as follows (ALL DATES ARE APPROXIMATIONS NOT GUARENTEES)

  • June 15: preliminary assignments are sent
  • July 1: deadline for withdraw & room/suite preference requests
  • July 15: final assignments are sent
  • August 20: Resident Assistant training begings
  • August 25 & 26: residents move-in: 10AM - 4PM each day

 

Summer 2012 Housing

Housing is available to ICC students for May term, Summer Session, and/or the entire summer on a first-come, first-served basis.
