Apart from vast opportunities to enjoy the scenery, businesses and local culture, Grand Rapids has many housing opitions for living locally. Apartments, private homes and shared homes are all available to Itasca Community College students.

Wannigan Apartments

Leasing Office: 218-326-1898 

This PRIVATELYowned building can accommodate 100 students in both private and shared bedroom living arrangements. Each resident rents a bedroom in a four-bedroom apartment. The apartments have all the benefits of a sizable home. They are fully carpeted and have full kitchen setups (stove & refrigerator), a breakfast bar, built-in desks, mini blinds and ample closet space. Wannigan Apartment Complex is located adjacent to the Itasca Community College campus.

The building has features which include; limited access entry system, laundry facilities, a computer room and a community room with cable television and VCR. There are also garages available, vehicle plug-ins, a gazebo, and a volleyball court.

Each resident signs a lease for their own individual bedroom in a shared apartment. To reserve a bedroom, there is a reservation fee of $300 plus a $30 non-refundable application fee for Minnesota residents, and a $500 reservation fee plus $60 non-refundable application fee for out-of-state residents. Please call the leasing office if you would like leasing materials, additional information or a tour of the facility.
